I'm Louisa, a regisered dietitian, Kundalini Yoga teacher in training and constant tea drinker. I live in a small town in Sweden with the love of my life and our two little rabbits.
I follow a plant-based/vegan "diet" which means that I exclude all animal products like meat, fish, chicken, dairy and eggs. I never push my beliefs on other people though, and I want this site to be for everyone regardless of their "diet".
My recipes are based upon vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, pulses and whole grains, but I also think that life is far too short to eat meals or snacks that you don't entirely enjoy. So go ahead and eat that chocolate, cake or cookie (I eat chocolate pretty much every day).
I've practised many different forms of yoga, but for the last couple of years I've experienced the amazing power of Kundalini Yoga and meditation and that's why I've decided to become a teacher in this style of yoga. I started my teacher training in January 2018 and will be a certified teacher in 2019. Can't wait for this new journey in my life! Yoga has totally transformed my life to the better and I can't recommend it highly enough.
