I'm Louisa, a registered dietitian, Kundalini Yoga teacher in training and constant tea drinker. I live in a small town in Sweden with the love of my life and our two little rabbits.
Food is fuel but also pleasure. And also, health is so much more than nutrition! You can eat all the kale in the world, but if you're not in a good place mentally it's never going to make you "healthy". I'm a firm believer in listening to your body and what it craves + eating when you're hungry (i.e. the complete opposite what diet culture tells you to do).
I've practised many different forms of yoga, but for the last couple of years I've experienced the amazing power of Kundalini Yoga and meditation and that's why I've decided to become a teacher in this style of yoga. I started my teacher training in January 2018 and will be a certified teacher in 2019. Can't wait for this new journey in my life! Yoga has totally transformed my life to the better and I can't recommend it highly enough.
